American Government

Hello,
I am Missy, the mentor of this class. The course will consist of 27 lessons covering the basics of American Government. The class begins by orienting you to some simple ideas necessary to understand the nuts and bolts of government. As the lessons progress they do become more challenging and are meant to not only teach you facts but to stimulate you to really think about what the American Government stands for. The lessons consist of many short answer questions and a few thoughtful essays.  All work must be written in your own words and you must put the question above each answer to get credit.  You will also be required to submit a Final Project.  Read more about the Final Project below.

In each unit there are a series of questions for you to answer. In order to find the answers you will need to utilize community and internet resources. There are a variety of resources available to you in your quest for information. If you read the information in the link below, you'll be able to answer many of the questions, but not all. Submit the answers to the questions via your the form at the bottom of each unit.

Contact me using the form below and I'll help you figure something out. You will need to cite at least two sources in your essay.
