To Re-enroll in the CompuHigh / Whitmore School (diploma program), follow these steps:

    Students who are NCAA eligible, and will require that courses be sent to NCAA must enroll in the PLUS Program

2. Print out the form
3. Fill out the form - print or type clearly
4. Send it to the address on the form with your tuition.



**ATTENTION**  If you are sending enrollments using the following: Priority Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, please make certain to waive the signature for the package.  This will allow it to be delivered if we are out of the office.
