Whitmore School students can choose between two different tracks.
- Students who plan to attend college should follow the requirements for our College Prep track.
- Students who do not plan to attend college should complete the requirements for our General Studies track.

- 4.0 credits of English (English 12 or Business English is required to graduate)*
- 2.0 credits Social Studies**
- 2.0 credits Science
- 2.0 credits Math
- 1.0 credit PE
- 7.0 credits Electives

- 4.0 credits of English (English 12 is required to graduate)*
- 2.0 credits Social Studies**
- 3.0 credits Science (2 lab sciences)
- 3.0 credits Math (Alg 1, Geometry and Alg 2)
- 1.5 credits PE
- 0.5 credit Speech (Communications)
- 8.0 credits Electives (***Foreign Language)

**Social Studies requirement is fulfilled by completing 0.5 credit of American Government, 0.5 credit of Wld Geography, and 1.0 credit of American (U.S.) History or Modern World History. If similar courses have been taken at your previous school this would need to be brought to the attention of the Whitmore School Guidance Counselor.
*** Colleges may require 2 consecutive years of the same foreign language (Spanish 1 and Spanish). We do not require it to graduate from the College Prep track, but the student must do his/her research and make certain whether or not it is an entrance requirement for his/her college(s) of choice.

*Students enrolling as 12th graders must comply with our graduation requirements, completing a minimum of 2 credits. The amount of credits needed will depend on how many previous credits apply to our requirements. One of these credits will need to be a full credit of English 12, the other a core course (English, Math, Science, or Social Studies). |
If you would like to have a transcript evaluation done, please click on the link, print and fill out the form (TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION), and mail it with the transcript and $50 payment. If you decide to enroll in our Diploma program the 50.00 will deducted from your tuition. |
