Stan Stan has an M.A. in
Special Education from West Virginia University. Besides a love for
technology, Stan enjoys bicycling, contra dancing, and almost any outdoor
activity. Stan is the founder of
CompuHigh and CompuHigh's Principal.

Marianne Marianne
is a licensed social worker. She is the guidance counselor for the Online
Secondary Program. Believing in the principles of simplicity she also owns a
professional organizing business, which helps people create order from chaos.
Her love of traditional music and dance brings her to teach Irish Ceili dancing
and organize dances in her community. Marianne is
CompuHigh's Registrar and
Guidance
Counselor.

Bob Bob has a Ph. D. in Chemistry
from Caltech in Pasadena, CA. He teaches part-time at Fairmont State
University, and presents workshops in science, math,
and tie-dye. To further the availability of educational alternatives in West
Virginia, Bob also serves on the board of Learning Options, Inc. In his free time, Bob reads
science, observes nature, and pursues sunshine. Bob is CompuHigh's
Educational Director.

Beth Beth has an MA. in Special
Education from West Virginia University. She is the owner and administrator of
a dance studio/center for the arts in Clarksburg,WV. She enjoys hiking, yoga,
tennis, square dance, gardening and reading in her spare time. Beth is a

Cindy Cindy has a Masters Degree in Social Work from West Virginia
University. She works part-time as a counselor for a small company in Bridgeport, and enjoys spending her remaining time gardening
and playing the mandolin.

Lori Lori has an M.A. in Economics from Harvard
University, but currently works as a computer programmer, developing front-end
interfaces to relational databases. Current objects of her passion include her
children, her bicycle, raspberries and poetry. A published poet, she is a
member of and maintains the website for the Pittsburgh Poetry Exchange.

has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and a
Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Since
serving as an officer in the Air Force, Roger has been working for a contractor

Lori Lori is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.A. in
Secondary Education and holds a Master's Degree from UNC-Greensboro in
Library and Information Science. In the past, she had taught in public
schools for nine years. She now enjoys her family, hiking, traveling
and horseback riding. Lori teaches English 10 and English 2.

Nicole Nicole has a Bachelors in Mathematics and a Master's in
Education from West Virginia University. She teaches Math
at Fairmont Senior High School, and as an adjunct at
Fairmont State University. During her free time, she
volunteers with the local teen 4-H club and enjoys reading
and horseback riding. Nicole teaches

Angela Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairmont State College
with a B.A. in English. During her time at FSC, she also studied education, speech, theatre, and library science. She
now works as a legal assistant. Angela lives with her husband, Matt, their three
teenage boys, and a couple dozen pets in Fairmont, West Virginia. She practices yoga to help maintain her sanity. Angela
teaches English 11 and English 3

Erin Erin
has a Juris Doctor from WVU College of Law, as well as a B.A. in English,
and boasts minors in History, Classics, and Women's Studies. She is a writer and
an artist, and has been nominated for several poetry awards. Erin teaches American Literature and does course
development.

Dani Dani has a B.A. in English from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. Before moving to West Virginia, she was a technical writer and training coordinator where she taught courses for various computer programs. She enjoys motherhood, good books, family adventures, being outside, painting, a good cup of tea, and writing, of course!

Derwin Derwin
holds a B.A. in English from Fairmont State
University and began work on his Master's in the fall of
2006 at WVU. His hobbies include reading Anglo-Saxon and Old
English literature, strolling through art museums and vegetable
gardening with his wife. He also loves jazz and blues, and makes an
incredible
pot of gumbo. Derwin teaches English 10.

Amber Amber has a B.A. in English (Nonfiction Writing) from George Mason
University, and a Masters Degree in Library Science from Simmons College. She enjoys books, travel, and being outside. Amber teaches

Catherine Catherine graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a BS in Biology. While at WVU, Catherine also played on the varsity tennis team. She is currently applying to medical school. In
her free time, she enjoys playing and teaching tennis, running,
traveling, scuba diving, Zumba Dance, watching movies, and reading. Catherine

Pam Pamela graduated with a B.S. degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences
from West Virginia University. She currently teaches perinatal
education classes to the community through West Virginia University
Hospitals. She has home schooled her two children for almost 13
years. Pamela enjoys spending time with her children, dinners with
her five sisters, and hiking with her austrailian cattle dog and coonhound. Pam teaches Anatomy.

Jackie Jackie
graduated from Fairmont State University with a B.A. in Theatre and Secondary
Education with specializations in English and Oral Communications. She is also employed with Allegheny Power
and serves as Choreographer for the North Marion High School Band and Dance
Team. In her spare time, Jackie works
and dances with the 5th Street Dance Company and choreographs for
local theatre productions. Jackie teaches English 11.

Marcia Marcia holds a degree in Mathematics from WV Wesleyan
College and completed her Mathematics teaching certification
requirements at Fairmont State University. She enjoyed a
20-year career in public utility corporate finance before
deciding to teach. Her interests include doing
community service work, biking on WV's rail trails, camping
and hiking, crafting and traveling. Marcia teaches Pre-Algebra, Algebra 2, and Geometry

Judy Judy has an M.A. in Spanish from
Middlebury College. She studied in Madrid for two years and has a passion for
Spanish culture and language. Judy's hobbies include playing billiards, hiking,
yoga, tennis, reading, and exploring San Francisco. Judy teaches Spanish
1 and 2.

Ann Ann holds M.A. degrees in Teaching (University of Pittsburgh) and Liberal
Studies in Art/Biology (West Virginia University). She taught high school
students for many years at The Mountain Institute and served as WV Coordinator
for the Foxfire Teacher Network. She currently teaches Botanical Drawing and
Painting at the Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh. She has studied art at the
Smithsonian Institution, the New York Botanic Garden and with Anne-Marie Evans,
head of Botanical Art, Chelsea Physic Garden, London. A member of the Guild of
Natural Science Illustrators and The American Society of Botanical Artist, Ann
has illustrated many publications. She is mother to four and enjoys three young
grandchildren. Ann teaches Art History. |

Julie Julie earned an A.A.S. in
Administrative Support and a B.A. in Business Education, and she is
currently completing a Masters in Education at Fairmont State
University. She most enjoys being active in her church, spending time
with her family, and reading. Julie teaches Business English

Scott Scott has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from West
Virginia University and presently works with several Physics
professors, writing software for simulations of projects like the
"Globuvic Space Elevator" and Impulse engine technology. He has a
wife and three children, two girls ages 9 and 12 and boy age 7. His
children are home schooled and the family lives in a 38 foot Fleetwood
Bounder motor home. He is preparing to travel the country visiting historic landmarks and state parks as part of the children's education. Scott teaches Physics.

Deva Deva graduated Summa Cum Laude as a University Honors Scholar,
with a B.A. in International Studies and History from West Virginia
University. He enjoys reading, loves music, and in his free time

Missy With an M.A. in
Community Health Education from West Virginia University. Missy lives in Pennsylvania
with her husband, and young son, Noah. She works for an organization that serves persons with
disabilities doing recreation programming, and instructs computer classes for
adults with disabilities. Missy also enjoys spending time with her Labrador
Retriever, Cosmo, who will be certified as a therapy dog and work with people
with disabilities. Personal interests include traveling, ballet, mountain
biking, kayaking, and other outdoor adventures. Missy teaches Health, and Fitness and Safety.

Megan Megan graduated from Fairmont State College
with a degree in Social Studies and Geography and is now attending WVU
for her masters in Health Education. In her spare time she enjoys being
in the outdoors walking, running and gardening when the mood hits her.
Indoors she loves to bake all sorts of goodies and watch classic old
and new movies with her family and friends. Her true passion is reading and learning; that's when the fun and grandeur begins :). Megan teaches American History. |

Josh Josh graduated cum laude with
a B.S. in Sociology and minor in Political Science from Fairmont State
University and is a member of Pi Gamma Mu International
Honor Society in Social Sciences.
Before attending college Josh served six years in the U.S. Air Force
where he was stationed at Buckley ANG Base, CO, Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia and finally at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey for four years where
he met his wife. In his spare time he
enjoys playing traditional old-time music from West Virginia on fiddle and
guitar and also camping, traveling and reading. Josh teaches American Government and Music Appreciation. |

Robin Robin
has a B.A. in English from James Madison University and has a VA
Collegiate Professional Teaching License with an endorsement in
English. For the past seven years, Robin has been involved in online
teaching including curriculum development, online training and
administration of various programs. When not working, Robin enjoys canoeing, cycling and spending time with my friends and family.

Janine Janine graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in
English from Texas Christian University. She previously worked as a health policy analyst in Washington, D.C.,
where she directed a project on maternal and child health. Since moving to West Virginia, she has
sought alternative educational opportunities for her family. Janine enjoys many outdoor activities,
including running, hiking, biking and skiing. She is a voracious reader. Janine teaches English 12.

Clint Raised in Northern Virginia and Central West Virginia, Clint
Lemasters currently resides in Elkins, West Virginia with his wife Kim and
daughter Mollie. Clint teaches
secondary English and runs a horseshoeing (farrier) business. His hobbies include fly fishing, horseback
riding, bow hunting, and trying (and sometimes succeeding!) to stay in shape. Clint teaches World Geography and World History.

Stan F. Stan F received his BA from Duke University and a Masters from Union
Theological Seminary in NYC. An avid musician who composes and
performs, Stan F is trying to avoid "decomposing" by enjoying friends,
family and fun in his hometown of Morgantown, WV. He teaches
"Introduction to Psychology" and "Stress Management". Necessary bills
are paid by managing a sports facility.

Rachel Rachel has a Master of Divinity degree from Emory
University, and a B.A in English Literature from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Atlanta and is in the
process of becoming an ordained pastor. In addition to teaching, she
works as the volunteer coordinator at a shelter for homeless families.
She loves working with students who are having difficulty in lessons.
She has completed three triathlons and is working on a fourth. She's
not fast, but she endures! She also loves the theater, comedy, and
hanging out with friends.
